How we coordinate your medical journey from case inquiry to successful treatment
Case Inquiry
You share your medical situation with us: diagnosis, reports, and treatment history. Our healthcare coordinator reviews your case and identifies which specialist hospitals and countries are best suited for your condition.
Medical Assessment
We forward your medical records to our partner hospitals for a preliminary remote assessment and cost estimate. Our team explains the findings and recommendations in plain language so you can make an informed decision.
Specialist Referral
We issue a formal referral letter to the chosen hospital and coordinate appointment scheduling, medical visa documentation, and all the administrative requirements needed for your travel clearance.
Travel & Treatment
Our team assists with travel bookings, airport pickup arrangements at the destination, and stays in regular contact throughout your treatment. We continue to follow up after your return to ensure a full recovery.

Complete & Certify
Upon completing all required modules and assessments, request your Tolbert Innovation Hub Certificate of Completion, a recognized credential you can present alongside your scholarship or university application.
