About these listings and eligibility

Forty-eight additions were checked against official provider sources on 16 October 2026. International listings may serve eligible applicants in several African countries; Liberia-specific programmes retain their local requirements. Older listings are programme resources with current intake unconfirmed, except calls marked closed. Programme budgets are not individual grant awards. Student financial aid may be partial and can require enrolment abroad; check the study-location rules. Medical donations and treatment referrals are labeled separately from cash funding. Click "Get TIH Help" on any grant to have our team assist your application at no cost.

Choose the right route. “Rolling” describes an application schedule, not guaranteed eligibility. “Confirm current call” means an open application has not been confirmed. Saved opportunities stay in this browser.
Application guidance and eligibility
Choose a route that fits your organization

NGOs: Check your legal status, leadership requirements, project focus, and the donor’s geographic rules.

Hospitals and clinics: Use Medical Donations for equipment and medicines. Check licensing, product availability, import clearance, co-financing, shipping, and maintenance requirements with the provider.

Patients and families: Use Patient Treatment Assistance for condition-specific referral routes. Contact the provider or treating clinician directly; these listings do not promise cash payments or coverage of every medical condition.

Churches and faith-based organizations: Check each donor’s denomination, project purpose, and endorsement rules. Catholic-only sources are labeled. Social-project donors may exclude worship and evangelism even when the applicant is a church.

Schools: Japan’s grassroots programme covers eligible education institutions; Rotary projects need a club sponsor. Theirworld supports nonprofits, while Spencer and Internet Society opportunities require research eligibility.

Businesses: D-Prize supports new ventures distributing proven interventions. DRK targets scalable social enterprises and may offer investment rather than a grant. Conventional businesses must meet each funder’s impact criteria.

Use the application-route filter to separate rolling opportunities, published deadlines, partner routes, and closed rounds to monitor.
