A practical sales visit plan for TIH

  1. Choose a relevant prospect. For example, show a school an education workflow or a business a booking / inventory tool. Ask for an appointment with ICT, administration, or procurement using the official contact route.
  2. Bring a short demo and one-page capability statement. Include TIH’s portfolio, contact details, delivery approach, and relevant references. Use sample data in demonstrations.
  3. Confirm the problem and budget process. Ask who uses the system, what already exists, who approves purchases, and whether a tender or vendor registration is required.
  4. Send a scoped proposal after the meeting. State deliverables, milestones, price and currency, hosting, maintenance, training, support, and whether ownership or a licence is being sold.
  5. Agree on the next step. Record the requested demo, proposal deadline, or procurement notice. For a business sale, document asset ownership, third-party licences, operating costs, and transfer steps.
